Live Chat is only usable for billing issues.

Make sure to open your ticket between 13:00 and 23:00, as Live Chat is closed at all other times.

Between not adding my number that should 100% work on my account and then this abismal support experience, Blizzard is seriously dropping the ball here.

Setup Setup is as easy as plugging in a microphone and clicking the button on the top right corner of a chat session.

I went to this link which was given to me by the customer support team over on twitter but the live chat option is greyed out.

Doopscoop: im having the same issue, i cant do anything with the group finder because I need to add the blizz authenticator.
